We specialize in providing comprehensive audio and video solutions tailored for weddings, conferences, and celebrations. 

We also do many types of special events. They can be outdoor (weather providing), or in any assembly hall or other facility. Right now, we are limited to the Lynchburg area. But we can also fulfill the needs in other area, although travel and other expenses may need to be added.

HOW MUCH (you ask)?

We have an upfront flat rate of only $150 per performance hour (2 Hr. Minimum).

-Setup and teardown time does not count towards the program time

-1 month prior to your venue is the deadline for preparation and finalization of the event contract and program preparation. Last minute changes may or may not be possible.

-Additional services (DJ/KJ) are an additional cost.

-We bring everything in a 5x8 trailer. That includes a power supply (if in a remote area), Video and audio equipment, as well as 2 computers and cameras. 

-We DO NOT bring lighting equipment, a stage, or anything else not related to audio or video.
